What is included in the Free Assessment?
A scheduled, visual review of your roof or the areas of your home you ask us to look at. When safe and practical, we document relevant findings and explain the available next steps. It is not an engineering or code report.
Do I need to be home?
Not always. We may be able to complete the Free Assessment without you present, but we will confirm access, pets, gates, and property-specific details before the visit.
What should I prepare?
Very little. It helps to know the approximate age of the roof, any leaks or problem areas you've noticed, any previous repairs, and anything about the room or area you'd like restored. We'll confirm access and gate or pet details with you before we arrive.
What happens after the Free Assessment?
We walk you through what we observed and explain whether maintenance, a repair estimate, replacement planning, further evaluation, or no immediate work makes sense. The decision stays with you, and there is no pressure to move forward.
What if weather makes the visit unsafe?
Safety comes first. If rain, high wind, or storm conditions make the visit unsafe, we'll reach out using your preferred contact method and reschedule for the next available window.
Do you file or negotiate insurance claims?
No. We do not negotiate with insurers on your behalf. We document the visible conditions we observe, and you are free to share that documentation with your insurance company if you choose.
