Are inspections and estimates really free?

Yes. Your on-site assessment and estimate are free, with no obligation and no pressure to move forward. Scope and pricing are set after we see the property, and you decide the next step.

Can I send photos before the visit?

Please do. The request form has an optional photo upload. A few clear photos help us prepare for your visit. Photos are helpful but never required.

Do you work with insurance claims?

We document the visible conditions we observe and explain them in plain language. We do not negotiate with insurers on your behalf, but you are free to share our documentation with your insurance company if you choose. Coverage decisions are made by your insurer.

Do I have to know exactly what I need?

Not at all. Choose the closest option. If you’re unsure, pick “Not sure” and we’ll talk it through during the visit.
