Two simple referral programs. Property managers refer the properties they manage; creators share Varro with their followers. Both are commission only, and you’re paid once the job is done and paid. Terms are confirmed in a short written agreement.
For property managers
When one of your properties needs a roof, send it to Varro. You’re paid once the job is done and paid.
Bonuses
- $1,500 for any 3-month quarter with 6+ paid roofs (30+ squares each)
- $1,000 one time, after your first year with at least 4 paid roofs
- $250 when you reach 25 paid repairs in a calendar year

A square is 100 sq ft of roof; most houses are 25–40 squares. On a typical 30-square house, roofs 1–5 pay $600 each and roof 6 and up pay $750 each. A “paid roof” means a full roof replacement that is completed and paid in full. Repairs never count toward paid roofs, the $25/sq rate, or roof bonuses. Fine print: the referred property owner must be new to Varro · W-9 required before first payout · insurance-claim jobs are not eligible for referral fees · gutter work is not part of the property-manager program.
For creators
Share Varro with your followers. Earn when the work is done and paid. You get a personal booking link (and an optional code). Commission only. No follower minimums and no posting quota.
How credit works
- A lead is yours when the homeowner books through your link or gives your code.

- Paid within 15 days after Varro is paid in full.
Posting rules
- Disclose every post: #ad or Instagram’s Paid Partnership label (FTC requirement).
- Use approved claims: free roof inspections · “Serving homeowners across Dallas–Fort Worth and surrounding areas.”
- Don’t list cities, promise insurance claims or approvals, or say “free roof.”
- Varro approves each post before it goes live.
